Maxine Waters’ office evacuated after receiving package labeled ‘anthrax’: Report

Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters’, D-Calif., Los Angeles office was evacuated Tuesday after it received a package that was labeled “anthrax.”

A hazmat team is on scene and is examining the package, law enforcement sources said, according to TMZ.

The package was delivered on the heels of Waters’ claim that she has received multiple death threats after she told voters to make Trump administration officials feel unwelcome when encountered in public spaces.

There are no reports one whether or not the package is in fact anthrax, or if it contains any other dangerous material.
