Suspect sought in Loudoun assault on teen

Loudoun authorities are trying to track down the man they say seriously wounded a teenager in an assault earlier this summer.

Natividad Alvarado-Arias is wanted on malicious wounding charges in the June 19 attack in Sterling, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

He is accused of attacking a 17-year-old boy on the 400 block of Enterprise Street at about 2 a.m. with a broken beer bottle, the sheriff’s office said.

The teen suffered serious injuries and had surgery at Inova Fairfax Hospital, but has since been released ,authorities said.
