FREDERICK, Md. (AP) — Authorities in Frederick County have dismissed charges against a 13-year-old boy who was accused of a Fourth of July shooting that left another teen injured.
The Frederick News Post (http://bit.ly/1qhoMep ) reports Frederick County State’s Attorney Charlie Smith says the charges were dismissed Tuesday after an investigation called two eyewitness accounts into question.
