Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have asked a U.S. bishop to give the address at their wedding next week.
Kensington Palace confirmed that the Most Rev. Michael Bruce Curry, the 27th presiding bishop and primate of the Episcopal Church, would deliver the sermon during the wedding ceremony on May 19.

Curry is from Chicago and does not have a personal relationship with the couple, according to the Telegraph. The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby helped the prince and Markle, who is an American actress, select him. Welby will officiate the ceremony.
“The love that has brought and will bind Prince Harry and Ms Meghan Markle together has its source and origin in God, and is the key to life and happiness. And so we celebrate and pray for them today,” Curry said in a statement.
