The bodies of two Florida children were recovered Tuesday after authorities responded to a Miami apartment where multiple 911 hang-up calls had been made, police said.
When officers entered the apartment in Little Haiti, they saw the bodies of the tied-up children, a 3-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl, according to a report.
Officers “found a female that appeared to be irate or going through a crisis,” Miami Police Department spokesman Michael Vega said.
