Normally, when a advertising agency lands a new client, the company seeking the agency?s services has more than just a name and the basis for its technology.
But that wasn?t the casefor Gilden Integrated?s client VoiceVerified, which it added to its roster last summer.
“It was a brand-new company,” said Jack Gilden, president of Gilden Integrated. “Last summer they had little more than the technology and a concept for a name. Now, about 10 months later, they have a completely branded company, a signed client and a very long list of prospects.”
In the past 10 months, Gilden said, his company has created a complete brand identity for VoiceVerified that includes a logo, corporate identity and collateral materials, including a new Web site, strategic messaging, and targeted marketing and public relations campaigns. The campaigns feature the tagline “Fraud Detection So Effective It Speaks for Itself.”
VoiceVerified provides voice verification and technology for merchants, banks, brokerages, agencies and employers. Its verification technology confirms identity using a person?s unique voice characteristics to improve security and enable a reduction in fraud and related expenses.
“It?s a fascinating case study for marketing and branding,” Gilden said. “It?s one case where you can really see it started literally from scratch and we were able to present it in such a way that everything they have ? the marketing, direct mail, branding ? it really worked.”
Mike Antonucci, VoiceVerified?s vice president of marketing, said the company officially launched April 1; its first client was Somerset Trust Community Bank in Pennsylvania. He said the company is in hot pursuit of several leads and said feedback on the marketing materials has been positive.
“We have a phenomenal amount of leads that ? we hope to close soon, from commercial banks to smaller banks,” Antonucci said.
