Facebook Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg will meet with a dozen well-known conservative pundits and figures Wednesday Menlo Park, Calif., amid allegations of anti-conservative bias, according to Reuters.
Among those attending are Washington Examiner columnist Kristen Soltis Anderson. Glenn Beck confirmed in a Facebook post that he will also attend the meeting. Facebook also reportedly invited Fox News’ Dana Perino and Zac Moffatt of Targeted Victory, “an audience-driven technology company focusing on programmatic media buying across all screens,” according to its website.
The Senate Commerce Committee is investigating claims by a former Facebook employee that political stories with conservative viewpoints are purposely not included in the social media site’s “trending topics” section, which has become a major source of news for many Americans.
