Cuccinelli files amicus brief defending Arizona’s immigration law

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has filed a friend-of-the-court brief supporting Arizona’s tough new law on immigration.

The other states that have signed the brief are Michigan, Florida, Texas, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Nebraska and South Dakota.
