This isn’t the first time Abrams has ventured into the children’s book genre. In 2021, she released Stacey’s Extraordinary Words, in which a young Abrams falls in love with words and competes in a spelling bee.

On Nov. 8, Kemp beat Abrams easily, cruising to reelection. He fended off his Democratic opponent, winning by a nearly 10-point margin. Despite Kemp’s win, Trump-endorsed Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker was ultimately defeated by Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) in a Dec. 6 runoff election.
