Salena Zito has two guests on Mainstreet Meets the Beltway this week. First, the Beltway comes to Mainstreet: Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pa., has left Washington to join Zito in the studio. Following a discussion on the senator’s special skill of piloting aircraft, the two get into politics. Toomey is a strong believer that the economy is improving and his constituents are going to see the benefits first hand. After discussing policy, the senator is swapped out for Zito’s second guest: Bethany Mandel, conservative author and commentator.
