White House press secretary Sean Spicer pushed back on speculation that President Trump didn’t bother having what foreign leaders were saying translated at the G7 summit.
Video posted to social media showed Trump sitting at a table with top foreign officials. Multiple Twitter users noted that Trump, unlike everyone else at the table, wasn’t wearing headphones to hear a translation of what was being said.

Spicer shot back on Saturday, saying these observations were false.
“As usual @POTUS wears a single ear piece for translation in his right ear,” Spicer tweeted.
