RALEIGH, N.C. (Legal Newsline) – Mooser Moto, LLC has been banned from doing business in North Carolina after it allegedly failed to provide vehicles to consumers who either paid for the vehicles upfront or provided substantial deposits, Attorney General Roy Cooper announced on Tuesday.

Mooser Moto, operating under the name Riders Wholesale, and owner Barry Moose Jr. can no longer sell, advertise or take payments for any services or products in North Carolina, after Judge Bryan Collins signed the ban in Wake County Superior Court on Monday.
