Vanessa Trump lambasted the media on Thursday for their coverage of her estranged husband Donald Trump Jr.’s rumored relationship with Fox News’ Kimberly Guilfoyle.
“The lengths people will go to attack a woman simply because she’s dating Don,” Trump tweeted Thursday afternoon in response to members of the media calling for Fox News to fire “The Five” co-host over the alleged relationship.
The lengths people will go to attack a woman simply because she’s dating Don. We’ve been separated for over 9 months and respect each other’s decisions & privacy. We’ll focus on raising our great kids.Would be nice if the press did the same rather than obsess over our pvt lives! https://t.co/fa73W3gv43

“We’ve been separated for over 9 months and respect each other’s decisions & privacy,” she continued. “We’ll focus on raising our great kids.Would be nice if the press did the same rather than obsess over our pvt lives!”
A columnist for the New York Daily News publicly apologized on Wednesday for a recent column attacking Guilfoyle which included racial slurs directed at her Puerto Rican heritage. The column sparked outrage from Trump Jr. who has jumped to her defense a number of times since rumors of their relationship hit the press.
Vanessa Trump filed for divorce from the eldest Trump son in March after 12 years of marriage.
