CONROE, Texas (AP) — Authorities say a body has been found in a Southeast Texas river in an area when a swimmer was last seen in distress earlier in the week.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says the body was located in the San Jacinto River on Sunday. A distressed swimmer was last seen in the same area on Wednesday.
The sheriff’s office said the body has not yet been identified.
