On her Facebook page Thursday, Suzanne Collins, author of “The Hunger Games” trilogy, praised the upcoming movie based on the first book in the series, saying she was “really happy” with the film. In the message, she also praised director Gary Ross and star, Jennifer Lawrence, whom she calls “amazing.” The film is due out on March 23.
