Lockheed Martin Corp., a Bethesda-based contract supplier, announced an increase in net earnings of nearly $100 million for the first quarter of 2007.
Compared with $591 million reported in 2006, Lockheed?s 2007 first-quarter figure jumped to $690 million. This number also reflects Lockheed?s slight boost in net sales, up 1 percent to $9.3 billion for the quarter.
