House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, have ordered HHS to clarify the memo spelling out the new policy, which was sent on Monday to HHS employees.
