At least one of the three Pennsylvania counties contacted by a top Republican state lawmaker seeking election materials and information for a “forensic investigation” of the 2020 election and 2021 primary will not offer up its voting machines for review.

The trio of commissioners in rural Tioga County, which was won by former President Donald Trump in November, decided they would not allow access to their voting machines after Pennsylvania’s Department of State advised counties against giving “third-party entities” access to the equipment or they’d risk decertification.
