Halo has faded away. The relationship between “Heroes” co-stars Hayden Panettierre and Milo Ventimiglia is kaput, Us magazine reports.
“It was a lifestyle conflict,” an insider explained to the tabloid. “They were in very different places.”
Just a guess, but might that have something to do with the fact that he’s 31 and she’s 19?
Indeed, the source points out that the starlet “is young. She likes to go out in the Hollywood scene and that’s not his style.” Meanwhile, Milo “has been concentrating on work on his production company [Divide Pictures].”
“They are still on friendly terms,” the source noted. “There are no hard feelings.”
Frankly, we can’t say we’re heartbroken. An age difference is no biggie between two grownups — but if you’re 31 and can’t legally buy your girlfriend a drink, that’s kinda weird.
Octo-Bizarro
We’re also weirded out by Nadya Suleman, the “octo-mom” who allegedly transformed her appearance through cosmetic surgery to look more like celeb uber-mom Angelina Jolie. So we can only imagine what Angelina feels like.
Understandably, a source tells the Chicago Sun-Times, the Oscar winner is “totally creeped out’’ by the woman whose total number of children, after the delivery of octuplets, is 14.
Though Nadya denies having had her appearance Angie-cized, the paper reports, numerous loved ones counter that story. And it wasn’t just admiration from afar — allegedly, over the past year, she wrote the actress fan letters extolling her saintly virtues as a humanitarian.
Surgery Scare
The Brazilian plastic surgeon who was to work on Usher’s wife has spoken out about the complications that led instead to a medical crisis.
“Tameka Raymond came here on Friday to do a liposuction,” a rep for Dr. Silvio Sterman relayed to People magazine.
“Shortly after she went under [general] anesthesia, she suffered a cardiac arrest. When an attack like this happens, the doctors put the patient to sleep … and make sure that everything is okay and that there has not been any damage.”
In other words, Tameka was placed into a medically induced coma; she has since been brought out of it and is “doing very well.”
K-Fraud?
Kenny Chesney is opening up candidly about why his 2005 marriage to Renee Zellweger went bust after just four months.
“I panicked. I pushed her away,” he told Playboy magazine. After a taste of life in the spotlight, he says, he freaked, and “just didn’t want to be married to her anymore.”
He says the union’s dissolution was a mutual decision, despite the mini-scandal caused by Renee citing “fraud” as the cause when she filed for annulment: “Somebody had to file the papers. I was fine with her doing it.”
“I still think about her every day,” Kenny confided. “Don’t believe it hasn’t left scars.”
OK, but it’s been years now. At a certain point, talking about it just looks like a gambit to get press. (Which, clearly, we fell for.)
