Well that romance was short-lived.
Katy Perry and Florence + the Machine guitarist, Robert Ackroyd, have split after about a month of dating, Us Weekly reports.
“It wasn’t that serious,” an Us source said. “It’s not a nasty thing and they are still talking, but Katy told him to do his thing and they’ll talk soon.”
It’s probably for the best since Katy still appears to be working through her divorce with Russell Brand.
Her new song, “Wide Awake,” seems to reference her divorce and the fact that she’s moving on.
Katy even performed the song during the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday. And Katy’s date for the big night? Her 91-year-old grandmother.

It looks like there’s still bad blood between Ray J and the Houston family.
Before Bobbi Kristina accepted the Millennium Award on Whitney Houston’s behalf at the Billboard Music Awards, the family allegedly tried to have Ray J forcibly removed from his seat.
A source tells E! News that members of the Houston family weren’t pleased when Ray J, the man some believe was the late singer’s boyfriend at the time of her death, was seated next to them. An insider tells E! the family even called the police — who arrived but made no arrests — to have him removed.
According to TMZ, security warned them that things would likely get physical and it would almost certainly be caught on video, just as Whitney was about to be honored. Sources say they grudgingly recanted and Ray J kept his seat.
