Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas will be in attendance during today’s Q&A session in President Trump’s Senate impeachment trial after a federal judge altered conditions of his bail to allow Parnas to travel to Washington.

Judge Paul Oetken ordered Parnas, who was mobbed by reporters as he arrived on Capitol Hill, to wear an ankle monitor at all times during his visit to the nation’s capital. Parnas, 47, and another Giuliani associate, Igor Fruman, were indicted on charges of attempting to funnel foreign money into Republican coffers.
