Police: Illinois man killed helping with accident

WASHINGTON, Ill. (AP) — Authorities say a Bloomington man has been struck and killed while helping at the scene of an earlier car accident.

Tazewell County Coroner James Baldi said Monday that 55-year-old Brian Epping was pronounced dead Saturday at the scene of the accidents in Washington.
