Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell defended Republicans on Sunday from criticism of how they handled sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

“Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace questioned McConnell about why he and other Republicans dismissed the allegations when many believed the accusers in sexual assault claims against former Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore.
