DALLAS (AP) — A Dallas man who was living with his girlfriend and her toddler son has been accused of punching the boy in the stomach and the child later died.

Dallas police say Clezel Montague Mughni was arrested Wednesday on a charge of injury to a child causing serious bodily injury. Jail records don’t list an attorney for Mughni, who’s held without bond.
