President Trump derided Rep. Jacky Rosen, D-Nev., who is challenging GOP Sen. Dean Heller this fall, as ‘Wacky Jacky’ during an event in the state Saturday.
“That name didn’t come from me,” Trump said at the Nevada GOP Convention Saturday in Las Vegas. “That is a name people have known. She wants to raise taxes.”
Trump also derided Rosen’s decision to campaign on Saturday with Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., who he called “Pocahontas,” his preferred insult for the senator. The nickname references a controversy surrounding Warren’s “Native American” ancestry.
Rosen tweeted back at Trump saying “is that the best you’ve got?” She also added a link for donations.

Heller is regarded as one of the most vulnerable Republicans up for re-election in 2018.
