Hunter Biden says he wants no custody of ‘Baby Doe’ he fathered with Arkansas stripper

The son of former Vice President Joe Biden will not fight for the custody of a child he fathered with an Arkansas woman.

Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer ruled on Wednesday morning that Hunter Biden is the “biological and legal father” of the “Baby Doe” child born to Lunden Roberts, named “NJR” in court documents.

“The results of the DNA tests indicate with near scientific certainty that the defendant is the biological father of the child in this case,” said Meyer.

Roberts, 28, met Biden, 49, while she was working as an exotic dancer in Washington and is hoping to receive financial compensation for the child’s future.

Roberts’ attorney Clinton Lancaster demanded Biden be held in contempt of court after he refused to hand over pay stubs or tax returns. Biden denied the claim and asked the court to throw out the motion.

Private investigator Dominic Casey filed documents in the paternity case last week, claiming Biden used his dead brother Beau’s identity to conceal his location while checking into an Arizona rehabilitation facility.

Including NJR, Biden has fathered four children and is expecting a fifth child with new wife Melissa Cohen, a filmmaker from South Africa. Biden has a history of substance abuse and was charged for “possession of controlled substance” in Jersey Shore, New Jersey, in 1988. His father gave a speech the next year saying the federal government needed to “hold every drug user accountable.”
