Former Alabama failed senatorial candidate Roy Moore said Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar should go back to “whence she came” after the Minnesota congresswoman attacked him and Alabama Republicans.
Over the weekend, the Alabama GOP passed a resolution calling for Omar to be expelled from Congress. She responded on Twitter Tuesday saying, “Sorry, @ALGOPHQ, but this is a representative democracy. I was elected with 78% of the vote by the people of Minnesota’s 5th District, not the Alabama Republican Party. If you want to clean up politics, maybe don’t nominate an accused child molester as your Senate candidate?”
