Porn star Stormy Daniels will have a brief appearance on “Celebrity Big Brother” in the United Kingdom because the show’s producers could not afford to have her for a full month, according to a report.
Daniels will receive £500,000 — which equates to about $655,000 — for a week-long stay at the reality show house. She had demanded more for a month-long appearance, but the Daily Mail reports the producers could not budget for that.
Daniels claims to have had an affair with President Trump more than a decade ago, and is in the midst of a legal battle to get out of a non-disclosure agreement which was coupled with a $130,000 payment from Trump’s longtime personal lawyer Michael Cohen right before the 2016 election.
The show on Britain’s Channel 5 is set to start on August 17 and the channel is banking on Daniels’ appearance to bring in big ratings.
