Dead cruise passenger ID’d as South Carolina man

MIAMI (AP) — Police have released the identity of a cruise ship passenger who died after a fall as a South Carolina man.

Miami-Dade County police say 20-year-old Kendall Wernet of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, died in what appears to be an accidental fall Monday aboard the Carnival Ecstasy ship.
