A booking website is taking bets on which of President Trump’s staffers will be the next to leave their position.
BetDSI, an online sports booking website, listed national security adviser H.R. McMaster’s odds of exiting the Trump administration at 3:2, the highest among his current staffers. Following close behind McMaster is Attorney General Jeff Sessions, whose odds of being ousted from the administration are listed at 7:4.
The safest member under Trump’s umbrella, according to the website, is Vice President Mike Pence with odds of his upcoming departure at 50:1.
“Due to the ongoing turnover we’ve seen thus far in the Trump Administration, no member on this list can feel particularly safe in their position,” BetDSI said in a statement to the Washington Examiner. “And as a result, it’s difficult for our oddsmakers to assign any candidate here higher than 50-1 odds.”
The White House has seen a high amount of turnover from officials in high-profile positions during Trump’s tenure. In just the last two weeks, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was fired, White House communications director Hope Hicks revealed her intention to leave, and National Economic Council director Gary Cohn resigned.
Speculation around McMaster’s future at the White House has long been a hot topic, and reports Thursday evening indicated that Trump had decided to boot him.
However, the White House contradicted the reports when press secretary Sarah Sanders said, “Contrary to reports, they have a good working relationship, and there are no changes at the [National Security Council].”
