In the peak of adolescence, everything can feel like a crisis. In an effort to decrease the roller-coaster hormones, Hadassah of Greater Baltimore will present “Stressed Out Girls, Stressed Out Moms” at Beth Tfiloh High School at 7 p.m. Monday.
Dr. Roni Cohen Sandler, clinical psychologist and acclaimed author from Connecticut, will teach parents and community members strategies to reduce pressure on teenage girls, said Aileen Bormel, president of Hadassah of Greater Baltimore.
The organization, with more than 4,500 members, promotes health and Jewish education.
The event is free for Hadassah members and $5 for nonmembers. For more information, call 410-484-9590.
