Michael Cohen, President Trump’s former personal attorney turned adversary, said Thursday morning that he would fill in redactions in the version of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report released Thursday.
“Soon I will be ready to address the American people again…tell it all…and tell it myself!” Cohen tweeted early Thursday morning.

Cohen retweeted his personal lawyer Lanny Davis, who said that Cohen can “fill in” the majority of the redactions.
As the #Country waits for the #MuellerReport, know this…it does not matter how #Barr #RedactedMuellerReport. @MichaelCohen212 has 7 days, 70 hours, + 100 pages of what #TeamMueller knows and can fill in the bulk of the redactions. Nice try Mr. @POTUS. #Truth We will tell it all

Cohen’s offer preceded the release Thursday morning of the Mueller report, which contained redactions throughout its 400-plus pages.
Cohen is slated to begin a three-year prison sentence next year for campaign finance violations and fraud and recently sent a letter to Congress through his lawyer in an attempt to avoid prison time.
Cohen testified in front of Congress in February, calling Trump a “racist,” “conman,” and “cheat.”
The Mueller report is the complete summary of Mueller’s investigation into whether Trump and his associates colluded with the Russian government during the 2016 election.
