Boyfriend charged in killing has criminal history

The Anne Arundel County man charged with killing his girlfriend had a criminal history, according to court records.

Matthew R. Dieterle, 23, of Gambrills, was arrested Saturday on charges of first-degree murder in the killing of Samantha MacQuilliam, 19, also of Gambrills, but Dieterle?s court records span six years.
