Train, semitrailer collide in West Texas

MIDLAND, Texas (AP) — Police say no injuries were reported after a train crashed into a tractor-trailer in West Texas.

Midland police say the collision happened Monday after the vehicle stopped on the tracks while braking for a nearby stoplight. He tells police he thought he was out of the train’s path.
