Trump promises to release details about his administration ‘soon’

President-elect Donald Trump said Friday he plans to make decisions “soon” about which individuals will be appointed to top positions within his administration.

“Busy day planned in New York. Will soon be making some very important decisions on the people who will be running our government!” Trump tweeted.

Trump continues to face questions about the roles many of his top surrogates might have in a government led by him, as well as increased speculation about who he will ask to be his chief of staff in the White House.

The incoming GOP president is rumored to be considering Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, Trump campaign CEO Steve Bannon and his son-in-law Jared Kushner for the position.

It also remains to be seen whether Trump loyalists like former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions or former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani will be nominated for cabinet positions by the billionaire and his transition team.

Trump has yet to tease any major announcements about his administration, though cabinet appointments and other high-level hires are likely to be revealed in the next few weeks.
