Police have identified the man killed in Dickerson after his car struck a power pole.
David Spring, 56, of Clarksburg, died Sunday when he lost control of his Toyota Camry, hit a power pole and was ejected from the car on the 23500 block of Mt. Ephraim Road, Montgomery County police said Tuesday. Wires fell from the pole and the car caught on fire.
The crash happened shortly after 9:15 p.m. Sunday. Spring was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are still investigating the circumstances of the crash. Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to call police at 301-840-2435.
