On Wednesday, just days before the South Carolina primary, S.C. governor Nikki Haley is endorsing Marco Rubio for president. Rubio is already endorsed by S.C. senator Tim Scott.
This is a blow to Jeb Bush who, on Tuesday, said Haley’s endorsement would be “the most meaningful endorsement if there is, if she is going to give an endorsement it would be the most powerful meaningful one in the state.”
Last month, Haley stated her disagreements with Rubio on “amnesty.” “Marco Rubio believes in amnesty, which I don’t.”
