‘No there there’: Napolitano says US and Ukraine judges agree that Joe and Hunter Biden did nothing wrong

Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano dismissed the allegation of inappropriate conduct on behalf of former Vice President Joe Biden in regards to Ukraine.

Biden’s role, while he was vice president, in getting a Ukrainian prosecutor fired who was investigating a company his son Hunter Biden worked for has gained renewed scrutiny after it was revealed last week that President Trump requested Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate the Bidens. The conversation between the two leaders led to a whistleblower filing a complaint, which ultimately led to a formal impeachment inquiry.

Napolitano appeared on Fox & Friends Tuesday morning to discuss the latest developments in the ongoing saga. Host Ainsley Earhardt asked him if there would be an investigation into Biden and his son.

“You know, it depends on who you talk to. If you talk to Rudy Giuliani, he has a lot of evidence of inappropriate behavior by the former vice president and his son. Yet, the prosecutors in Ukraine and even prosecutors here in the United States say there’s no there there.” he answered.

Last week, however, Napolitano stated that the controversy could lead to the “end of Joe Biden’s presidency.”
