Marine widow’s challenge to suicide ruling fails

BALTIMORE (AP) — A federal judge in Baltimore is dismissing a military widow’s challenge to the official conclusion that her husband’s shooting was a suicide.

Kimberly Stahlman of Chevy Chase contends the Marine Corps ignored forensic evidence that Col. Michael Stahlman was slain in Iraq in 2008.
