Spokane: man killed by car he was repairing

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Spokane police say a 73-year-old man working on repairs underneath a car was killed when the car started and dragged him about 150 feet.

Sgt. Jason Hartman says investigators determined that Albert Garcia’s death was an accident.
