Prince George’s Councilman Will Campos has scheduled his first District 2 Town Hall meeting of the year Thursday evening at Northwestern High School in Hyattsville.
The councilman will go over his legislative agenda for 2011, which includes expansion of the Prince George’s Plaza Community Center and improvements to the Hyattsville Library, and give a briefing on the County Council’s recently adopted 2012 budget.
County Executive Rushern Baker is expected to attend and give a few remarks. Representatives from the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, the Department of Public Works and other county agencies also will be there to answer questions from residents.
The meetings begins at 6 p.m.
