Hillary Clinton spoke out on Ferguson Thursday, 19 days after the police shooting of an unarmed black teenager sparked unrest in the Missouri community.

At a keynote speech at the invitation-only OpenSDx Summit in San Francisco, the likely 2016 Democratic presidential candidate opened her remarks by saying the shooting raised questions about U.S. policing.
