Howard County parents and guardians of new students or children entering public school kindergarten in August must register them in March.
At the time of registration, the parent or guardian must present: The child?s birth certificate; authorized record of immunizations; proof of residency through a lease, deed or house contract and utility bill; photo ID of the parent and guardian.
Registration will be held from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. March 5 to 9 at the individual schools. Other times may be offered but parents must check with the school.

Parents of children born outside of the United States or for whom English is not their primary spoken language should contact the Office of International Student Services at 410-313-7101 for registration.
