Immigration and Customs Enforcement has purchased space on several Pennsylvania billboards to publicize their search for illegal immigrants deemed dangerous who were released back onto the streets by Democrats in the state.
“The billboards feature at-large immigration violators who may pose a public safety threat,” ICE said in a statement regarding the six billboards around Pennsylvania meant to lead to the apprehension of illegal immigrants protected by the state’s sanctuary policies. “These individuals were previously arrested or convicted of crimes in the U.S., but were released into the community instead of being transferred to ICE custody pursuant to an immigration detainer.”

Some of the wanted criminals highlighted on the billboards include a South Korean national arrested for aggravated assault and released due to Philadelphia’s sanctuary laws despite a detainer being issued by ICE.
Another billboard focuses on an Indian national illegally present in the United States who was charged with harassment and released by Pittsburgh police in defiance of an ICE detainer.
“Too often, sanctuary policies limiting cooperation with ICE result in significant public safety concerns,” an ICE statement read. “ICE will continue to enforce immigration laws set forth by Congress through the efforts of the men and women of ICE to remove criminal aliens and making our communities safer.”
