Law professor Jonathan Turley suggested one of President Joe Biden’s gun control executive actions could be called the “Hunter Biden Act.”

Turley said that a 2018 incident in which Hallie Biden, the widow of Beau Biden who at the time was in a relationship with his brother Hunter, threw Hunter Biden’s gun into a trash can at a grocery store was the type of incident that red flag laws are written for and that the provisions suggested by Biden “could very well be called the Hunter Biden Act,” in an appearance on Fox News.
