HOUGHTON, Mich. (AP) — A student at Michigan Technological University in Houghton has received the U.S. Air Force Cadet Research Award, given annually to one cadet in the nation.
Jacob LaSarge is a senior majoring in mechanical engineering. He was chosen by the chief scientist of the Air Force from nominees submitted by the nation’s 145 ROTC detachments.
