In an interview on the “Today” show, reality TV star Bethenny Frankel revealed that she recently suffered a miscarriage.
Bethenny, who was pregnant for eight weeks, said it “was a very emotional experience. … Until you become a woman, you don’t know the things that come with it.”
Bethenny, 41, says the tragedy wasn’t a part of her current reality show, “Bethenny Ever After,” in which she appears alongside her husband Jason Hoppy.
Bethenny and Jason, who welcomed their daughter Bryn 21 months ago, had been trying for baby number two.
“The window is closing, and it’s something I’m dealing with,” the former “Real Housewives of New York” star said. “I’m not really thinking about it.”
But the pair certainly isn’t taking baby Bryn for granted.

Marcia files for divorce after 15 years of marriage
After 15 years of marriage, Marcia Gay Harden has filed for divorce, according to People magazine.
The Oscar winner will end her marriage to Thaddaeus Scheel, with whom she has 7-year-old twins Hudson and Julitta Dee and a 13-year-old daughter, Eulala.
Marcia’s rep spoke out for the star, saying, “For the sake of the couple’s three children, Harden would like to request that the family’s privacy be respected at this time.”
Paris wins $30,000 playing blackjack in Las Vegas
During a birthday bash in Las Vegas over the weekend, Paris Hilton got a little bit richer.
The socialite, who turned 31 Friday, won $30,000 while playing blackjack at the Wynn Las Vegas.
Paris tweeted “#BirthdayGirlsLuck. I love gambling.”
She continued the party with her sister, Nicky, and her parent’s at the XS Nightclub, according to People.
Also at the bash, her rumored boyfriend, Afrojack, who worked the DJ booth at the club that night.
People says Paris partied at their table inside, but continually went to the outdoor DJ booth where Afrojack was spinning.
