Indiana Planned Parenthood to Medicaid Patients: You’ll Be Fine Without Us

When Indiana cut off Medicaid funding to the state’s 28 Planned Parenthood clinics, the Associated Press reported that poor women “were left fending for themselves … to pay for birth control, breast exams, Pap tests and other medical services.” What the AP failed to mention is that there are 800 non-abortionist Medicaid providers still eligible to provide those services. But don’t take my word for it. Lila Rose’s pro-life group Live Action has released a video in which women posing as Medicaid patients call up Planned Parenthood clinics and ask them where they can get care. The response: See your primary care doctor, or another local clinic.
