D.C. police said they arrested a 21-year-old man in a sexual assault at Ketcham Elementary.
Davon Rashad Wood was arrested Wednesday and faces a charge of second-degree child sexual abuse, police said.
On Feb. 1 at about 3:30 p.m., police responded to the 1900 block of 15th Street SE, where the school is located. The victim, a student there, told officers that Wood inapropriately touched her, police said.
