A 34-year-old Baltimore woman has been arrested for abducting her grandson from Johns Hopkins Hospital, city police said.
Belinda Brown, 34, was arrested around 6 p.m. Monday and charged with abducting Antonio Brown, 2, on Sunday from the hospital located in the 600 block of North Broadway Street.
Antonio Brown had an IV in his arm along with a splint, when he was taken from the facility, police said. The child is now in the custody of the city?s Department of Social Services, said Officer Troy Harris, a city police spokesman.
Belinda Brown has no fixed address but is known to frequent 1620 Register St. Baltimore, which is a vacant dwelling that?s being lived in, police said.
